Who we are

This policy covers the registration page for AI Reality Check, held at Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) on Thursday 15 October 2026. It explains what information we collect when you reserve a seat, why we collect it, and who we share it with.

What we collect

When you register, we collect your first name, last name, work email address, company, and job title. If you leave a comment or contact us directly, we also hold whatever you send us in that message.

How we use it

• To confirm your seat and send you joining details ahead of the event.
• To manage capacity, since places are limited.
• To follow up after the event with related content or future invitations.

Sharing with event partners

By registering, your details, including name, work email, company, and job title, are shared with the event partners so they can follow up with you after the event: the organiser (Aventyr Partners), the Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC), Continuum, and Ambit. We do not sell your data to anyone outside this event.

How long we keep it

We keep registration data for as long as needed to run this event and follow up afterwards, and no longer than 24 months, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and you can withdraw from future communications at any time. To do this, contact us at hello@airealitycheck.tech.

This site may use Google Analytics and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to understand how visitors find and use the page. These tools are only active where the corresponding tracking IDs are configured.
